BD Logistics acquires Taxi Verboven Vracht

BD Logistics, together with BD Media, is part of the Belgian Distribution Group and focuses on value-added logistics. Spread throughout Belgium, BD Logistics has 13 of its own depots from which it handles distribution, city deliveries, home installations and reverse logistics.
 
The takeover is part of BD's strategy to gain market share through targeted acquisitions in addition to organic growth. De Putter & Co's in-depth market knowledge was called upon for the search of a suitable acquirer and after Dymar M.S. they once again found an appropriate party in Taxi Verboven Vracht (TVV).
 
TVV has been an established value in the Antwerp transport world for years and specializes in dedicated transport. This acquisition fits perfectly into BD's ambition to further expand their 24-hour distribution network.
