BD Logistics strengthens its distribution business with acquisition of Dymar M.S.

BD Logistics, founded in 2021 and part of the Belgian Distribution Group alongside BD Media, focuses on value-added logistics.
 
City delivery, home installations, delivery of chilled products and reverse logistics are part of BD Logistics' extensive range of solutions. Spread throughout Belgium, they have 13 of their own depots with a total surface area of 58,000m² and a fleet of +125 vehicles.
 
BD Logistics' growth strategy consists of acquiring market share through organic growth on the one hand and targeted acquisitions on the other. To support this strategy, De Putter & Co's transport and logistics experience is being called upon, which is making its extensive M&A expertise available and has found a suitable party in Dymar M.S.
 
Dymar M.S., based in Mechelen was successfully managed by Steven Mariën for 20 years and specialises in dedicated and pallet distribution in Belgium. By acquiring Dymar, BD Logistics strengthens its logistics network and can further optimise its service to existing customers and those of Dymar.
