Function description
As Managing Director, you hold final responsibility for the overall leadership, profitability and strategic development of the Belgian operations. You translate the international strategy into a forward-looking vision for the local market and ensure an efficient and profitable functioning of all departments.
You lead the management team, safeguard alignment between commercial, operational and support functions, and actively participate in decision-making on fleet management, pricing, key accounts and process optimisation.
You also act as the local point of contact for the international group and represent the organisation towards customers, partners and institutional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic leadership: translating the international strategy into the Belgian context and defining a clear long-term vision.
- General business management: optimising processes, structures and the organisation to ensure efficient and profitable operations.
- Commercial & operational involvement: participating in major B2B deals, pricing strategies and fleet decisions.
- Leadership of the management team: strengthening collaboration, transparency and execution ownership across all teams.
- Interface with the international group: ensuring timely and accurate reporting, participating in meetings and safeguarding the implementation of strategic guidelines.
- External representation: serving as the primary representative of the organisation in the Belgian market.
Profile
- University degree, preferably in business administration, economics or management.
- At least 10 years of management experience, including several years in a final-responsibility role.
- Strong affinity with mobility, rental services, fleet management or a similar operational-commercial sector.
- Solid knowledge of P&L management, fleet management, pricing, sales and operational excellence.
- Fluent in Dutch and English; French is an asset.
- Willingness to be regularly present across the national network and to attend international meetings.
