Patrans is looking for the future
Since decades, the transport company Patrans has specialised in the niche market of transport and assembly of copiers, printers and related devices. They also provide several logistics services, such as warehousing, repair and reverse logistics of the appliances. Recently, Patrans extended its activities with the installation of vending machines, safes and payment terminals. The company entered into a joint venture with Rollema Transport, Delft, in order to cover the entire Benelux.
The organisation continually undertakes efforts to improve and optimise the quality of its specialised services. Within the scope of their corporate strategy, the company appealed to De Putter & Co to register the business processes and to set up a quality management system.
