TPG acquires Tanktransport Deckers
Trans Polonia Group (TPG) is specialized in tank transport for the chemical, fuel and food industry since 2004 and realized a turnover of 52 million euro in 2020. TPG called upon the M&A expertise of De Putter & Co to search for suitable transport companies. The acquisition of Deckers & Zn, located in Brecht, is part of the strategy to achieve sustainable growth, both organically and through acquisitions. With this acquisition, the group strengthens its offer to the (petro)chemical industry in the Antwerp-Rotterdam-Ruhr range. The know-how of Tanktransport Deckers will be applied allowing TPG to expand its position in the Benelux with 30 additional road tankers. The transaction was realized through the mediation of William De Putter, who was able to realize added value for both parties with his expertise within the transport and logistics field.
