Secure flow of goods for Watson Global Logistics, I-Clearing and Estron-Watson Logistics
![]() Watson Global Logistics, I-Clearing and Estron-Watson Logistics, all freight forwarders in Antwerp, provide worldwide shipments and the accompanying customs documents for both general cargo and project cargo.
In order to optimize internal processes and to implement a solid quality and security system, they decided to apply for Authorised Economic Operator, and this for the 3 companies at the same time. In close cooperation with the consultants op de Putter & Co, procedures, work instructions, risk analyses and internal controll and follow-up systems were drawn up and implemented in accordance with the AEO requirements. Thus, both the safety of the flux of goods and the correct treatment of customs files are guaranteed. After a simultaneous audit of the 3 companies, the AEO certificate was succesfully obtained.
