An operational audit, performed by an external partner who analyses and assesses the processes in order to obtain company objectives, gives the management an objective insight in the organization.
 
This is exactly what Vervoer Verhaegen had in mind when they appealed to the vast expertise of De Putter & Co. Throughout the years, Verhaegen became a renowned distribution company. The occupation of a brand new distribution and processing center in Lier  is a new milestone in the company’s history. In line with this growth strategy, they called on the consultants of De Putter & Co for assessing the existing organization and its processes. They organized interviews and observation sessions with de employees of different departments (management, HR, warehouse, planning, administration). These interviews and perceptions led to recommendations for the improvement of the company’s development.
